The 24-hour Crisis/Respite Nurseries housed in Utah’s Family Support Centers are designed to provide parents with a safe, homelike environment for their children in times of crisis and/or ongoing family distress. Licensed by the State of Utah to provide shelter for children ages 0-11, each facility serves as an important resource for families who need emergency and/or respite childcare. Whether children visit our nurseries during a crisis or receive scheduled respite care, they are welcomed into a supportive, comfortable space where they can participate in a wide variety of nurturing activities.
